England & Wales, Free BMD, 1837-1915 for Rose Fearron:
      Died in Wakefield, Yorkshire
      Book 9c, page 23. Fourth quarter, 1904.

Was this marriage annulled, and did Rose have her maiden name reinstated?
Clearly there was a marriage. Was there another Rose Ann Fearron in Wakefield?

      Hello Ron,

The only way by which, solution can be found with Peter SNOWDEN is
      to obtain a
Copy of his Birth Certificate as well as obtaining the Marriage
      Certificate for Rose
      Ann FEARRON.

These are critical and will ensure that a
      firm footing is first established.

As to Rose Ann herself, we know from the
Census that she was with Peter and her mother
who may have reverted to her
Maiden and can only be cleared up with the Marriage Certificate
      where it might
      claim "no father"

We would also know whether Rose Ann and her mother were to
      enter into the Wakefield Society
      later in the period.

      Rose Ann SNOWDEN was to
consider herself as a "Married" in 1881 but her husband was not with her.

However; by 1891, she was to claim that she was a "Widow" as she may not not
      have received any letter and
possibly given by tribunal the status of
"Widowhood". These two statements are speculative..

      I looked at why she
claimed "Sister" but found no CLAYTON/FEARRON (FEARON) in the Wakefield
      marriage
registrations; but found none, thinking perhaps it aught to have been
      "sister-in-law"

The 1891 Census was to prove difficult but it stands as
probable fact of Patrick FEARON her son, being named after "Patt WATERS" seen
in the earlier Census where we saw  "Rose Ann" as "Rose WATERS".
      She was to
revert back to her mother's probable Maiden name and the name she was to marry
      by.

I would now emphasise that there is choice; but I would strongly advise
that you obtain, the Certificates and at this time add an order for the the
      marriage of Dorilas.

It is the only way now to remove speculation

      Regards

      Leslie.
