Records indicate that in about 1843, Catherine & Stephen went tolive with her son from a previous marriage (John A. Meyer) just north of Tiffin. Stephen did manual labor in John's farm in1844. Stephen & Catherine moved to a town lot he bought from John in 1851 and moved, selling the lot in 1852 and then rentinga room in town. These dates are a little off because Stephen was living alone on 1850 census and Catherine was living with Michael. Probate court death record indicates Catherine died in February of 1875.
