No record exists of Daniel's burial, but it is likely that he was buried in the Burk Cemetery. No record exists of his father in law, Thomas Patton, being buried there either--except for a notation in a publication by the Fayette County Daughters of the American Revolution stating so. After extensive research, it appears probably that both were interred in the Burk Cemetery.
